The Templo wall light was developed as part of a site-specific installation for Mármoles Covarrubias’s family home during Transforming the Stone, a one-week workshop organized by Samael Covarrubias in Guadalajara, México.
The design aimed to blend with this environment while illuminating the space at night. Four wall lights were crafted from locally sourced stone and honey onyx marble. At the center of the patio, a stone-encased lightbox functioned as both a side table and a gathering point.
