Lighting on view:

Cuc Lineal is a lighting system designed for long dining tables and bars, adaptable for both hospitality and residential spaces. The lampshades are produced through a low-resolution 3D printing process using bioplastic filament, creating a warm, textured light.

Originally developed for the restoration of a countryside house once used for silkworm farming, the design draws inspiration from the silkworm’s cocoon, formed through a continuous silk thread, an organic process reminiscent of 3D printing. The lampshades are printed in vase mode, ensuring a single uninterrupted filament shapes a form with optimal strength and durability.

Custom Cuc Lineals were developed for Bar Miller in NYC, and TonTon Restaurant in Madrid.
